Government of a state is looking to uplift their economy and this can happen when more people start to contribute to the economy than travel abroad for jobs and settle there. To make this happen, the basics need to be changed which means education of the children is most important.

- How government needs to uplift the system when a lot more children will be enrolling in education system?
Apart from having everyone educated, the quality of the education need to be uplifted as well. In a country with very few states, there are few far away villages in which the entire population is very poor and rely on government provided benefits for necessities. These people do not have bank accounts hence they receive benefits in cash by traveling to state branches.

Government obviously cannot open bank branches in every villages anytime soon. Govt. also owns a chain of stores in every village which provides basic food per month to poor villagers and the thought is to leverage these chains for regularizing the cash system to villagers.
